DeLoach Vineyards Heritage Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon red wine from California has delightful aromas of black cherry, baked blueberry and plum waft from the glass. Stunning fruit flavors of blackberry, strawberry and raspberry are complemented by notes of cedar spice and a touch of mocha. Moderate acidity is matched by fine tannins and a lingering finish. Black Opal Shiraz from Australia is dense in color with a violet rim. It has rich plum flavors and a complex aroma of fig, raisin, and cedar. Pairs well with roasted leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary. Maison Nicolas Pinot Grigio from Italy offers notes of citrus, green apple, grapefruit, and flowers. This white wine matches well with shellfish, mushrooms, and as an aperitif. Casas Patronales Sauvignon Blanc from the famed Maule Valley in Chile has intense aromas with notes of pineapple, peaches, lemon, grapefruit and hints of citrus.
